Do regular exercise such as cycling, walking, jogging, dancing or swimming for a minimum of 30 minutes per day. Invest at least 150 minutes of your week in exercise.Maintain a low fat and a low sugar diet. Replace carbohydrates containing foods with whole grains, fruits and vegetables as carbohydrates turn to sugars leading to high blood sugar. Avoid consumption of alcohol and quit smoking.
Contradicition of drug name
Pioglitazone 15 mg + Metformin 500 mg is unsafe to consume alcohol with as it may result in harmful decrease or increase in levels of blood sugar depends on how much alcohol a patient has consumed. Pioglitazone 15 mg + metformin 500 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby.Pioglitazone 15 mg + metformin 500 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

â—‰Drug-Drug interaction- Pioglitazone 15 mg + metformin 500 mg Tablet interacts with heart medications like (propranolol), pain killers (aspirin, ibuprofen, and celecoxib), high blood pressure-lowering pills (nifedipine, captopril, enalapril, lisinopril), thyroid hormones (thyroxine), antacid (cimetidine), or certain medicines affecting the nervous system. Drug-Food interaction- Pioglitazone 15 mg + metformin 500 mg Intake of excessive alcoholic beverages may increase the chance of a life-threatening condition known as Lactic Acidosis. So, avoid intake of alcoholic beverages with Pioz MF-15 Tablet 10’s. Drug-Disease interaction – People affected with heart, liver, kidney diseases (like congestive heart failure and myocardial infarction), vitamin B12 deficiency, and alcoholism should avoid intake of Pioz MF-15 Tablet 10’s.
